What an end to the term!

We have had such an encouraging lunch club!
Competing with school Christmas dinner at this particular school we didn't think we would get many children at this club. We have been following the Lion the witch and the wardrobe - watching a DVD clip each week and then relating it to the Christian life. One child, after listening carefully to me relating the crowning ceremony at Cair Paravel to how I believe God has plan for us in heaven told us in front of the whole group that she wanted to be on God's side!
We explored what being a Christian means, as a whole group and with no prompting from us, all 10 children at the end wanted to pray to ask Jesus to be a part of their lives.
